About the challenge

AI Passport Ideathon is a one-week online challenge to find the best application for AI Passport.

Egoist Machines has built the passport. Participants choose where it should be used best: in work, creative rights, AI agents, or identity. The goal is to define a real problem, explain who it affects, show how AI Passport would help, and make a clear case for the first version that should exist.

Participants can submit either a build or a concept: a build might be a mockup, prototype, workflow, schema, or demo; a concept might be a deck, memo, brief, product proposal, policy note, or market analysis.

Choose one track: Work, Creative, Agents, or Identity.

You can submit in either lane:

Build lane: a prototype, mockup, workflow, schema, or demo that shows how AI Passport would be used.

Concept lane: a deck, memo, brief, policy note, market analysis, or product proposal that makes the case for what should be made and why.

Your project should answer one question: Where can AI Passport be used best?

What to Submit

Submit through the form with:

  • Team name
  • Track and lane
  • Short summary
  • The problem you are solving
  • The user or group affected
  • How AI Passport is used
  • What context, permission, proof, or access is involved
  • Who controls access
  • What can be revoked or changed
  • Risks or misuse concerns
  • File or link to your build, mockup, deck, memo, or supporting material

Judging Criteria

  • Privacy and Risk
    The entry avoids collecting more information than needed. It names the main risks or misuse concerns and explains how the design reduces them.
  • User Control
    The entry shows how the person stays in control. It explains who can access what, what can be changed, and what can be revoked.
  • Clear AI Passport Use
    The entry explains exactly how AI Passport is used. It should be clear what context, permission, proof, or access is being carried, checked, granted, or revoked.
