Eligibility

Open to everyone.

You do not need to be technical. You can submit a build, a mockup, a deck, a memo, or a written proposal.

Project and Submission Requirements

Choose one track: Work, Creative, Agents, or Identity.

Choose one lane:

Build lane: prototype, mockup, workflow, schema, or demo.

Concept lane: deck, memo, brief, policy note, market analysis, or product proposal.

Submit through the form with:

  • Team name
  • Track and lane
  • Short summary
  • Problem
  • User or group affected
  • How AI Passport is used
  • Context, permission, proof, or access involved
  • Who controls access
  • What can be revoked or changed
  • Risks or misuse concerns
  • File or link

Prizes

Track winners receive prizes:

  • Work: Kindle
  • Creative: Sony headphones
  • Agents: Pocket
  • Identity: camera

Runners up receive track prizes including notebook bundles, book bundles, Frontier lab merch, and Audible subscriptions.

All winners receive 1:1 mentorship and Egoist Machines merch. All runners up receive merch. Track winners will interview with Egoist Machines, and one winner or winning team will be selected for an internship opportunity with us.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Judges will look for:

  • A real problem
  • A specific user or group
  • A clear use of AI Passport
  • A reason the solution should travel across tools
  • A privacy-aware design
  • A clear first version

Winners will be selected by track. Track winners will then interview with Egoist Machines for the internship opportunity.
